Program/Workshop
Co--Chairs:  Kathy Butler and Jan Tallis

Plans and conducts the program portion of each monthly meeting; selects the "block of the month"; organizes workshops, demos and other training.
Library
Chair:  Jean McDaniel

Maintains the guild's library in the Museum annex; makes new purchases of books and equipment; prepares material for check out; keeps library records.
Newsletter
Chair:  Jan Tallis, Editor

Publishes the guild's newsletter every two months and distributes it to the guild members.
Raffle Quilt
Chair:  Alleen Schnittger, Debbie Van der Sommen, Kathy Buttler(2010)

Chair:  Joan Helzer, Pam Duren, Marianne Johnson (2011)
Chairperson for the designing and construction of the yearly raffle quilt for the Guild.  This quilt " helps to make a donation to the Benton County Historical Museum for use of the museum auditorium and annex.
Block of the Month
Chair: Barb Baxter

Creates block of the month patterns for members and encourages participation.
Round Robin
Chair: Cindy Graff

Organizes the Round Robin program. Invites members to join, sets up groups, and arranges for meetings.
The Firm
Chair: Shirley Strub

Markets the raffle quilt, arranging for ticket sale venues, signs up members to sell tickets.
Publicity/History
Chair: Lu Ann Kessi, Naomi Weidner

Maintains scrapbooks/photo albums of guild activities; advertises meetings and upcoming events.
Service
Chair:  Lynn Grube

Makes quilts for distribution to community members in need.
Hospitality
Co-Chairs:  Dianne Jackson, Phyllis Pearson and Cheryl Jordan

Sets up meeting room: greets guests and encourages members to wear their badges.  Organizes a drawing for all members and guests.
Secret Sisters
Chair:  Jan Andrews-McKirdie

Members sign up in January to receive a Secret Sister. Secret Sisters exchange gifts during the year. Gifts should be $10.00 or less. At the December meeting, Secret Sisters are revealed. Additional events occur during the year which are open to all guild members.
